Don't Know who/where to contact about IRC

Apparently, it's not appropriate to discuss my being banned from IRC on the forums, because my thread was deleted, with no explanation as to why. I really need to speak to someone about this. Who where/ do i speak to about this?

Change your username and real name in whatever irc app you're using, change your IP or get behind a proxy, and you're good to go, no need to bother with acting like a civilised human being and respecting rules people put up on their server.

but my point is that i did not break one rule. i asked a question about openoffice.org's appearence and posted a screen (http://uppix.net/2/d/e/6b2a6dec70f12ea504775149e056d.png) shot of my desktop with the way openoffice.org looks on it, and the guy said 'my screen-shot 'has nothing to do with my question' and that i 'should know better' and banned me.
