Hi,
I went through a lot of trouble to be able to play World of Warcraft through wine on my AMD64 system. The thing is that it is not possible to compile Wine with the needed patches on an AMD64 ubuntu. Apparently it has to do with the 32 vs 64 thingy. I'm not sure, i'm not a technical guy ;)
So, i've installed a 32bit ubuntu on an old laptop, gotten the necessary files, patched and compiled wine and installed it on my AMD64 ubuntu. Now I can play WoW all I want.
I found it very tiresome to have to go through all of that, so now that I have the folder with the all the patched Wine files sitting on my desktop, I would like to make it available for download for all others with the same problem. The package is however 1.2GB and I don't have an FTP-server to put it on.
Does anybody want it? Does anybody have an idea of where to put it?
