Everyone seems to be looking for an 'equivalent' to their favorite Windows game. Or a way to play them. I wonder if there are any really good original games, that aren't trying to be something else.
I installed Tux Racer. That's nice. But there's got to be more than that.
I've been playing games on my portable GP2X, and that runs a Linux-based OS. Lots of developers are attracted to it because it's open. I'd think that desktop Linux would be the same way. Probably I'm just not looking in the right places.
Any advice anyone? What about some sites for *original* Linux games. I don't care if they're about a square that meets a cone and sneezes. I'd rather play that than all these Windows rip-offs.
