Small problem. When I've tried to right click on my GNOME Panels, all that shows up is "Help" and "About Panels". This applies for anything I right click on. This means I can't add, remove, lock or move anything on my panels.

I've tried killing GNOME and restarting with no success. I've also updated (just in case) and still no luck?

Anybody have any idea what's going on?

Do you use Ubuntu Tweak?

In the GNOME Settings section, there's an option for the complete lockdown of all panels.

And even if you haven't used it, it's worth a shot to install it and see if that'll let you unlock them.
