Compatibility list for Music Apps (ie. logic, ableton, etc.)

What's the purpose of running these music applications with wine and not run them in Windows/Mac?

If you think about music production in Ubuntu I suggest UbuntuStudio and using Jack, Ardour, Soundgarden, etc.

Why not just check Wine's AppDB to see what runs and what doesn't?
