Curious ? about The Jail...

I love to browse the posts by the loser spammers in the jail, and I notice quite a few posts in there with no name nad no message. I was just curious about those. How are those gettting created. I understand if due to a security issue why you wouldn't want this discussed in the open. I'm just curious.
