Been a while since since asking for help. I'm in the hospital. My wife bought for me an AT&T GlobeTrotter USB 3G for use while in here. Works with Win 7, but I don't want to use Win 7. I've upgraded to Lucid 10.04, and for a while, using usb-modeswitch made 3G work on Lucid. But now, nothing. Plug it in and it freezes everything and I have to do a hard shut-down. (Same results on Dell Mini-10 and Acer Aspire 5532.) Too sick to be out of bed, doing a lot of research. And I don't want to be stuck in hospital with only hospital food, and Windows. Don't know which is worse. Can someone help, please?
