Wine 64 bit ?

Hello everyone,

I absolutely need Wine 64 bit and not 32 bit. I tried installing from the repositries the package wine 1.2, but it seems to be 32 bit. I am using some 64 bit only stuff that runs only in Windows.

Is there a normal package for it ?

Wine's 64-bit support is for developers only, it is not ready for users yet.

I wrote a script which installs 64-bit/32-bit wine. have tested it on Xubuntu10.10 64 bit and Ubuntu 10.10 64-bit.
