I own an imac 7,1 with an radeon hd2400 graphics card. And also a macbook 4,1 with GMAX3100 graphics card. Will the new release support 3d enabling with these cards so I can run compiz and enjoy all the cool effects (CUBE,wobble, etc)?
Or is there workarounds in any of the other previous ubuntu releases which would allow advanced desktop effects to be enabled with these graphic cards?
Ive seen a coupe vids out there where older releases appear to run compiz but im not sure which version macbook it is(linked). I wish Apple's hardware was comparable to it's design
