Fun pranks on windows computers that are on the same LAN

Hello, as you see im pretty new to Ubuntu and this forum, but the thing i want help with is the following:

Can i somehow prank my friend with something equal to NETSEND (Win), remote shutdown, and other irritating things on the other computer that runs windows vista? Im running Ubuntu 9.10. We are both on the same LAN using a router, im on wireless connection he is using a cable.
