From my last thread, I learned how to install Sleep Is Death on 64 bit Ubuntu. From there, it plays just fine, no sound problems or anything, but there is one problem when it exits. Sometimes, but not every time, when I exit from the menu screen (the game is fullscreen and when you press esc on the menu screen, it is supposed to shut off) the computer will just freeze up. But not a normal freeze up, as I can still move my mouse around, but I can't select any buttons on the menu screen of the game and the menu screen won't go away. I have tried pressing ctrl c, ctrl x, ctrl alt del to no avail. If it matters, I am running it from the command line with ./SleepIsDeathApp . If it does this, I have to shut down the computer. Does anyone know how I might shut the game down if it does that, or prevent it from doing that in the first place? On a side note, I can't play the game by putting a link to it in my games menu in the applications menu. Would anyone know what the deal is with that, because it is a pain to go to the folder and ./ it to play.

The solution to this might be in this thread: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1346925

Basically it says to install libsdl1.2debian-pulseaudio instead of having the alsa version installed. I'll let you know if this solves it.
