After reboot my bluetooth is still on. But I need to deactivate it permanently by software (ubuntu) without using the BIOS.

Are you saying you want to uninstall bluetooth from Ubuntu, or are you wanting to turn it off on your phone?

EDIT: Sorry, just realized that you listed a netbook, not a phone. Do you have a bluetooth icon in your system tray at the top right? You should just be able to right-click it and turn it off from there.

Of course there is the icon and I can turn bluetooth off there. But after a reboot it is just on. But I want to turn it permanently on.

By the way it is not possible to turn in off with bios, too.
