Hi everyone! i'm new in Linux!
i installed Apache on Ubuntu and i can't start !!

Error code is below

administrator@administrator-desktop:~$ /usr/local/apache2/bin/apachectl start
httpd: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.1.1 for ServerName
(13)Permission denied: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80
(13)Permission denied: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

how can i solve this problem !!
advice me ! thz.

Usually when you install it it starts it for you. What does this produce


sudo /etc.init.d/apache2 restart

Can't save what? What command are you trying to run when you receive that output? Are you trying to create that file to configure "ServerName" globally to avoid that harmless warning?


echo "ServerName localhost" | sudo tee /etc/apache2/conf.d/fqdn
