Hi,

If I load 10.04 Beta on a pc now, is it the normal process to update to the standard edition on 29/04/10?

Thanks

Keeping up-to-date with updates should help you avoid having to re-install or do a full update. Don't be shy of asking questions and providing feedback @ Lucid Lynx Testing and Discussion (http://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=377)

Thanks for your interest, but i dont understand your reply to my question.
I mean, If I install the beta now, can i replace it with the general release simply by update procedure on the 29th?

Yes you will be on standard release when you get your update. You will receive a notice that you have updates up to and after the final release and you will have the full version release just do the updates as they are posted on your machine you should be fine

Hope that helps
