hi,

i am curious what other peeps might think about using a pda these days for reading HTML and PDA docs mostly? I am doing a lot of traveling (on the bus) and need something portable but comfortable to use while reading documents or ebooks from.

i used to own an HP iPaq many years ago, but i know it ran winblowz. i have been googlong for info about linux and pdas but i am finding it difficult to find current information (2010) on sites like tuxmobile. are pda's still a viable choice in 2010? i may decide to buy a used older model for cheaper $$$ but i would still like to know what is new and current, if anything. and without question i would want it to run some variety of linux, syncing for contacts, calendar or notes, is not a big deal for me.

any suggestions would be great as I am totally out of touch with the mobile handheld scene these days.

cheers,
tt
