LMMS Not Saving Audio Settings

I'm running LMMS 0.4.6 because I had this problem in 0.4.5.

So the basic problem is that no matter what I do it is reverting to "Dummy" output. It has done this in spite of everything i keep trying to fix. So what can I do to make it work?
