0.98.3 version found in Launcpad PPA repository says:
Audio/Video call capabilities have been disabled in this version of aMSN because Microsoft(TM) has changed their protocols again and disabled access to their SIP servers, blocking aMSN from giving you access to this feature.

I'm installing Ubuntu in some cibercafes, and at this moment I'm not finding any solution for videocalls with any clone of Windows Live Messenger or Yahoo Messenger.

Sorry but as far as I know there aren't any apps for linux that can do video calls over MSN at the moment.

I did manage to get the real MS messenger to run in wine, but it crashes when you try to load video. If I find a workaround,,i will let you know.
