Just about to get a new desktop = specs are
Intel Core i7 930 2.80GHz Overclocked to 4.00GHz, Corsair XMS3 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3, ATI Radeon HD 5870 Vapor-X 1024MB PCI-Express Graphics Card and 1.5TB Hard Drive.
I intend to add a BD-RW optical drive and 300GB second hard drive (which I have got lying around).
It comes with Windows 7 Home Premium and I intend to run Ubuntu 9.10 as a dual boot.
The question is would it be better to put Ubuntu on the second drive or use the second drive as back up for most important files off the main hard drive and split up the main hard drive?
Any opinions welcome!
