multi emulator launcher

Hi was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a multiple emulator launcher that I can use in ubuntu 9.10
preview screens would be nice, its not for a cabinet or anything though
Saw a post with some guy called jon decker saying he was writing one which was 2007 but couldn't seem to find much more information about it.

isn't this for cross platform development or something? I just wanna play snes nes and genesis games and such the like using different apps but all launched from the same place.
If I have missed something there please tell me.
