I think that Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud (UEC) should have a dedicated sub-forum. Running and managing a server is not the same as running and managing what is essentially a homogeneous cluster of servers. There are unique challenges to implementing a Cloud.
I saw this thread about testing UEC http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1286899; however, it didn't link to a site describing test cases that Canonical would like testers to execute. I think a site for testing UEC should also be established; similar to this one for the desktop, http://testcases.qa.ubuntu.com/.
