Kubuntu 9.10 firefox 3.5.8 bulild1
I have 2 problems that may be related - firefox fails to start (I thought it did previously but have only recently installed kubuntu on this machine and can't be sure I have ever used firefox on it)
From the command line I get this
(firefox:4104): GLib-WARNING **: g_set_prgname() called multiple times
I also have google chrome installed - works fine but tells me my browser is not currently supported by gears (synaptic reports gears plugin is installed - 0.5.32.0)
libstdc++6 is installed
glibc - I can not find in synaptic at all but I do have linux-libc-dev which is where I guess glibc might be hiding
Anybody any idea what the problem might be (or problems if they are not related)
