Hello all,
I just installed Ubuntu last week, so forgive my ignorance. I currently have 8 desktops each with specific apps running and window sized exactly how I want them. Is there an app anyone can think of I can use to save that info so every time I start Ubuntu it automatically starts those apps in the right desktops and with the appropriate window size?
Thanks,
Trav

If you are using GNOME, you can set the exact same place when the application stars with compiz-config-manager.
About starting 'em in seperate desktops, there are many progz which can do it. I will check Polish forum for this info, 'coz few weeks ago I have seen such post.
