Anyone else having the problem that when gnome locks the screen you then cannot unlock it? My install on my eeepc seems to just loop over checking the password.
Using the netbook edition.

Same Problem here. I'm going to downgrade back to karmic, since lucid is giving me so many problems.

Having exactly the same problem and so far I have not found a work-around.I am running Lucid as a guest in VirtualBox 3.1.4 on a Jaunty host. I'm working on the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" principle: Jaunty works well for me, I couldn't get Karmic to work properly and I'm not upgrading to Lucid unless problems like this are resolved fast.

Press CTRL ALT F1 - Login and kill gnome-sceensaver. Moreover in screen saver options you can disable "Lock Screen" option or disable screen saver altogether.
Bugs's already open on this.
