apache2 directory indexing problem

Hi all, I'm new to this server stuff but I've managed to install and configure apache to access my files. The problem is it does not list all my directories and files somehow, for instance I have 18 directories under Music/ but I just see 4 of them listed. Any ideas?

have you set the right permissions ?
is the www-data user (or apache-user) able to read the files/directories ?

possibly yes, all my music files/folders have the same permissions.
