Dear Community,

Is there an emulator which will work on Ubuntu which can play the "new super mario bros" game?

The emulator must be able to run on Ubuntu natively. I am not interested in using wine.

I don't know if it can play that perticular game, but there are (to my knowledge) two actively developed NDS emulators available natively for Linux. DeSmuMe and iDeaS.

I haven't used Linux for like 6 months now, but I remember the DS emulators for Linux were actually better then the Windows cunterparts. I think it was DeSMuMe I used also. Pokemon, Final Fantasy III/IV, Metroid, Dementium, Mario Kart all worked perfectly on it. Can't remember if I tried Super Mario bros.

I only tried the emulator for geek reasons since I owned a working NDS Lite at the time + flash card...

Theres no comparison to the real thing. I don't know what I would do without mine.
