Guys, I am very new to linux environment, every 5 mins hitting google for issues, but anyway one issue is so much bugging me, it's hampering my normal operations. Can't get much help about it.

I have crossover Pro and MS office installed. The only problem is, I cannot move/maximize/resize the MS office application windows.

e.g If I click "new mail" in outlook, it's always opening maximized and I cannot move/resize that window. The options are dimmed (you can't click) and hitting top right icon won't help, it won't move.

In excel/word/outlook the top title bar vanished, so you can't drag them. If you try to open any file or print anything or want to attach anything, that subsequent screen opens in the background of the existing window and you cannot see them e.g you want to select a save location, window appears behind the present window and you can't c/click it..... i can only see that window for a fraction of a second while it goes background after the first click.

Please help.

I have dual monitor, Karmic koala...

Best,
