How do you treat a fever?

So, I'm feeling pretty awful today and I now have a 102F fever. What is the best course of action to regain my health before Monday?

It feels like it's just a really awful cold, soar throat, runny nose, the whole thing.

But I've heard that you aren't supposed to try to reduce a fever if it's not too bad. The fever is your body's way of killing the ickies that are infecting you. But 102 is a little high for my taste...

Take some Tylenol, drink some juice. If it gets any higher, like 103 or above, you should go to the doctor.

yeah.. heat is also a good thing for bacteria reproduction, so I don't know. But when I have a fever, I like to stay in bed and count the sheeps, when I get to 5 sheeps I start shaving them, and send the wool to the wool express post. After it's delivered they paint it different colors so that they can sell it as cotton candy. While that happens I try to catch those flying unicorns, ya know, those that eat the fluffy little rabbits. But then OMG! There's this little creepy dude who digs holes and comes out at random spots like some kind of mole and he wants to eat me and I don't know where to hide :( Please help me!!1!!1111

I remember when I was a very little kid having a fever so bad that I started hallucinating. I would look at stuff and everything would change shape. The room would stretch and objects would get very large and than small.

i just suck it up until it goes away. but if you are old enough to drink this will make you feel better for a little bit. 1 cup hot tea, 1 shot whiskey, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon lemon juice
