No, they are suing IBM and others because they believe IBM has reused parts of SCO UNIX in their Linux products, AFAIK.
Of course, that's essentially the same ;)

yes SCO is that so called company.....
They also threatened to sue high profile members over the use of UNIX.
They claimed to have rights over linux because of that.... highly amusing company they were the reason why mydoom came out....it came out to DDOS their servers.
Its not exactly clever what they did I'm sure they will suffer again I just wish the company would go bankrupt already

They are also trying to sue Novell and few other companies that use linux.
Way things are looking they will go broke before to long..
You can find out tons of dirt on them from by visiting groklaw.

It was only a matter of time before the other companies started suing back. Hooray for justice.

Well they have tried going SCO already I'm surpised SCO hasn't gone after BSD based systems such as Apple, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, PCBSD and the rest they would of stood a better chance.

Yeah, it seems it has a kind of death wish towards Linux. Shame on them, it seems that their only way of saving themselves from bankruptcy is to sue more people.

They wouldn't have had a chance (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USL_v._BSDi) to succeed.
