I'm running snow leopard on a macbook and last night I tried to run ubutunu in the 'try' mode but basically it kept on going to a black screen.
Even when I tried safe mode nothing happen.
Then after hitting the shutdown button probably a few too many times my mac wouldn't load past the grey skin so i had to reinstall snow leopard.
Now i'm too scared to try and run it again...any suggestions?
