I was just checking my dmesg logs and found this. Any reason why this is happening?
Using ubuntu 9.10 64bit. using 2.6.32.5 kernel.

Probably the same as this bug:

This is the first one I've seen with ath as the network drivers but e100, e1000, e1000e and virtio have all seen it.
