3. How & where will we have access to auditing reports about our donation and the running of Ubuntu forums and Xlogic group? High quality finacial reports are very important.

4. Who is the owner of Ubuntu forums exactly?

5. What will you do with the money? Bandwidth, hardware, personal stuff for yourselves (Admins)?

I can't answer for sure, but I doubt that he would use the money for personal stuff.. That's what people have jobs for :D I also know that he pays for ubuntuforums.org out of his own pocket when there isn't enough money..

Xlogicgroup is the shell company I have that pays for the server costs.

There is no information its just a name to keep things seperate from my personal life.

There is no financial information. I pay the $400 monthly fee out of pocket. This cost is going to double.

We will provide a progress bar that shows how much we need, and how much has been given. We have asked for donations before, and they helped pay for the servers/bandwidth for the forums. xlogicgroup is not a public corporation, it exists only to serve the forums, and as such, does not provide auditing/financial reports. We ask for volunteer donators, not corporate sponsorship.
