Kubuntu Blue Theme

I finally got around to updating this theme to match the layout of the brown one. Please let me know of any issues, you might need to refresh the page a few times for the new layout to show active.

Now the blue theme uses the icons from the brown theme. Can you change it back to use original icons? Those Kde icons look nicer.

Also the new theme looks a bit too dark. The old one was friendlyer to the eye and less ... uhmm ... depressing.

the new theme looks horrible in Safari, theres no logo and other things are messed up.
