Hi here's my case:

-700MB, AVI video (video/x-msvideo)
-720x576, XVID MPEG-4,
-MPEG 1 Audio, Layer 3 (MP3), Stereo, 44,100 Hz, 128 kbps

When I convert it using WinFF using, DVD NTSC HQ FullScreen, 720x576 Resolution - the movie is a little bit stretched. Why is that? Are there best practices using WinFF?

Thanks for reading.

I found the solution as I've also been learning a bit about the technical side of video editing, conversion, what have you...

TAKE NOTE: It's not important that you get the Aspect Ratio right, what's more important is the Video's Original Resolution.

It's a good thing WINFF - keeps a lossless resolution when converting from one file to another. Aspect Ratio depends more on the player of the video.
