Hello!

I have just upgraded to 10.04, due to my need to write in Old Turkic script, which is included in Unicode 5.2. I've installed my font, but I could not find a way to run the custom keyboard layout file.

The sources I have found on the net says that /X11/xkb/symbols folder is needed, but I cannot see it.

Also I have tried to modify xmodmap files, both by gedit and by terminal, but I haven't succeeded.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Isn't there anyone who can help? I am even not sure if this is the appropriate forum to post in.

Thank you

In 9.10 you can find it in /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols.
