Karmic 9.10 PPC image too big to fit on standard 80min. CD

I am having trouble to burn the Ubuntu 9.10 PowerPC image on a standard 80min. CD. The image is about 705Mb while an 80min. CD is about 702Mb. I had no problems with the intel images. Before filing a bug/feature request report I would like to ask if anyone else had the same trouble. I can burn the image on a DVD, but a lot of old PPC Macs do not have a DVD drive....

I had exactly the same problem, even a little worse...the disk media I had only had about a 690MB capacity, so most of the imgs wouldn't fit. 6.06 fit fine, the "alt" installer was a little smaller.
