I download a them, but not what?

I see under system setting you can change windows/colors/ fonts/etc... but there is no theme that does it all? Yet under system setting ( advanced ) you can download them? So how do you apply them?

This tutorial is for users of Ubuntu and will not work the same in Kubuntu or Xubuntu. Please make sure you're following along in Ubuntu.

Try searching the forums. I'm not to familiar with KDE. I'm more of a Gnome person, myself. :)
