how to install UNR desktop on Koala Karmic?

Hi, I am running Koala Karmic on my laptop and have installed for a friend, on his netbook Ubuntu Netbook Remix.

I like the UNR interface and would like to install or switch this on on my Koala Karmic installation.

How can this be done?

apparently it`s changed its name to netbook-launcher, I wish they wouldn`t do that.
