i have a pentium 4 running ubuntu 9.10 and the latest fuppes media server and i have read that fuppes will serve VOB files to my ps3 but i cant seem to get it to work. i have a standard fuppes.cfg file other than my network details.

When i start my server and do a DB update it picks up the VOB files but when i try to acces them from the ps3 i get one of three things, either the server "segment dumps" or the ps3 eith does not even see the files or says that they are an unsupported format. i am sure it is something that i need to change in my .cfg file but cant find a definate answer, anyone got any ideas ?

Thanks

Try pms-linux

Just rename the files from *.vob to *.mpg. That should do it.

thanks, the renaming did the trick.
