DOD access attempts

recently i was reconfiguring my router, and noticed in the log section some very recent access attempts to port 1026, among them

25.61.9.157 = DINSA, Ministry of Defence (UK)

22.205.38.141 = DoD Network Information Center (Columbus ohio)

whats up with this? Is this just random internet scans, because i have not visited either of those government websites ever
