I've been playing WoW on my amd64 earlier using wine 0.9.3. It was the wow-wine patched one earlier available from one of the threads here. Unfortunately it's no longer possible to download it, and I can't compile my own patched 0.9.3 – if I understand correctly it's because i'm on 64bit.

So I've downloaded the latest version of wine – 0.9.9 – installed in with –force-arcitecture and Wine itself seems to be working.

WoW however gives me:
X Error of failed request: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
Major opcode of failed request: 143 (GLX)
Minor opcode of failed request: 13 (X_GLXCreateGLXPixmap)
Serial number of failed request: 407
Current serial number in output stream: 408

If any of you know how to get WoW going again I would be very grateful – haven't played for weeks now, and I'm getting desperate

Ps. If you happen to have the patched wine 0.9.3 laying around please make it available...:)

Cedega – do you have good experiences on amd64 with that?

I'm still quite new to Linux so I would appreciate it greatly if you could supply a link to a how to or similar..
