EUC on a DL580 with Storage works MSA 30

I have a Prolian DL580 G2 with 8 Gigs of RAM, (4) 3.0 CPU's attached to a Storageworks MSA 30 array with (14) 36G Drives. Would this be sufficient to run EUC on it and will the disk array be accessible? I am still waiting on converting a circuit at my home, so I thought I would pose the question to see if anyone has used something like this?

Any gotchas to look for?
