weird i decided that i was going to get rid of windows again on my main desktop maybe run it in virtualbox

me too, used crunchbang for awhile. I liked how little memory it used.
But tested lucid alpha in a virtual box. And decided to run it.
Been running it on my laptop since last Thursday last week.
