People,

I've installed Clamav antivirus from synaptics but I can't find it on any menu now. How can I run it?

Clamav is a command line too. You probably want Clamtk which is a GUI frontend to Clamav. That said, I would suggest reading the Ubuntu Security sticky (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=510812) if you have not done so already. In particular the antivirus section. IMO they are quite useless on Linux.

It is free for a year and then you can renew it for free. It works very well.
