Hi

I don't seem to be getting any notifications when my subscribed threads are updated.

Over christmas I changed my email address, and then changed it back a couple of days later, and since then I haven't received any.

Puzzled..... ;-)

I don't seem to get any notifications since a day or two back, hard to say exactly without going through all the threads I have subscribed. Is there a problem with sending mail or something perhaps?

This was not set in your profile.I have corrected .Please confirm all is now OK

I have not been getting notifcations for a while now. I thought it was because I upgraded to Dapper Drake. Could you please fix mine as well KiwiNZ.

Yeah, same here it stopped yesterday I think... I tried changing to none and back to instant, let's see if it works

What was not set? It has worked earlier for a very long time and then stopped, I didn't change anything. And no, I still don't get any notifications.

Same here... didn't change anything and all of a sudden the instant notifications stopped. My profile seems to indicate that I am supposed to receive instant messages.

Hi Guys,

I haven't been receiving any email notifications for quite a while now. I've basically been coming back every few days and checking my user panel.

I've now subscribed to this one, so could someone do a reply so I can see if I get anything. If I don't (and I gather "instant" means just that), then I'll change my email address to a hotmail one (although this email address worked when I first set it up).

I'm not getting any e-mails either. I checked the settings in my profile, and even had a look at my spam folder, but neither were the problem.

EDIT: The problem seems to be resolved now.

Ok, I got the email on my hotmail address. I've now changed back to my original address and will see if I get any at this one. So once again, could someone please reply.

Thanks for the ping but it didn't work.

I've checked the email address I put back and it's correct. It's actually an email address on my own domain. I remember the company hosting my website that they don't do any blocking/filtering of emails but I guess I need to go back and see if this changed.

I've sent an email to this "ubuntu" email address from hotmail and it's arrived ok.

Hi,

I've had my domain hosting company check the email box set up and they can't see why the emails won't deliver there.

I now set up an option that any email addressed to my domain where the actual address doesn't exist will fall into a "dead email" address.

Hopefully I might see something in there.
