View Full Version : [SOLVED] Youtube video - cannot stop. pause, etc

I have the latest version of Firefox (from update 3.5.7) and flash (10.0.42.34) and Java (1.6.0_18 )
and when I play a YouTube video I cannot click on anything to change it.

I cannot click on the place to cancel ads, I cannot change the volume, pause the video or anything!
I can click on the top right button and make the video launch in it's own window, but that is the only thing I can do.
After the 1st video plays, a 2nd one auto. starts and I can sometimes pause that one, but not always.
This is frustrating.
Does anyone know a fix for this?

Thanks!

Everything is up to date on the system. I have a 64 bit system, but nothing uses 64 bit flash.
Version 10.1 is a beta. I have the latest version.
I don't like beta versions, but thanks!

Problem was solved with this workaround:

I just needed to perform step 3.
