Seriously though, before I get slammed with a bunch of warnings. let me be clear that I see more arch wars all over this forum than there are actual discussions (most of the time. I just wanted to make sure I got in threads before an arch discussion came about. You can warn me if you like, but take heed in what I've done, it is a problem.

I agree: I'm finding it hard to see where we can usefully go with this thread.

Random musing: I've never used arch, and wonder what someone coming to Ubuntu from arch might find useful to read in the forums that isn't already covered. :)
