What do you mean "the owners"?

Of the Ubuntu trademark, or of the Linux distribution as a whole?

Canonical sponsers the project, and I think they own the trademarks on Ubuntu. Try here: http://www.canonical.com/

Each piece of software in Ubuntu is owned by different authors though.
