Upon opening VirtualBox (XP) with an audio CD in the drive, I saw the all to familiar "Welcome to New Found Hardware Wizard" screen. The screen says:
"This Wizard helps you install software for:
VBOX CD-ROM

If your hardware came with and installation CD or floppy disk, insert it now.

What do you want the wizard to do?
-Install the software automatically (Reccomended)
-Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)

Click Next to continue."

Just a little refresher for those who haven't seen XP in a while... Anyway, I don't have a disk with a VBOX CD-ROM driver on it, and the find automatically option doesn't work. Where am I supposed to find a driver so I can use my CD drive? It is a 24x-24x-24x-8x max CD-RW/DVD or Multi-Burner DVD Recordable 4x max. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,
It seems that this is a bug in VirtualBox!!
see: http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/3494

I suggest you rip them to mp3, or even better yet, hear them on the host as that usually provides better audio quality than the guest..

I don't know if you would actually call this a bug. Audio CDs are not supported yet in VirtualBox. Many have asked for it but to date it has not been included.
