Online data storage

Is there such a thing as an open source app that will allow me to provide online storage of stuff like office documents.

I know I can allow my clients some ftp stuff, but it would be nice to be a bit more organized..

you could always install ssh, and the connect to your computer and remotly dl anything you want.

Personally, if I had to have an online area where clients could upload and download things, I would just start up Apache and write/download a little script that allows people to upload files as well as browse the files available in the server's home directory.

The greatest advantage is that they won't need to download and learn to use new software.
