USB Mic not detected

Ive seen this question allot but not exactly like my issue, MY usb mic AK5370 is unrecognized AT ALL and lsusb wont run. I just installed 9.10 and it wasnt seen on 9.04 either. If anyone could help id really appreciate it.

I have the same mic, and it's working (audacity and skype)
but very quite.

here is the output of lsusb:

i turned all the bars in alsamixer to max.

Any tips?
